Pecan, Caramel, Crawfish: Food Dialect Maps

Joshua Katz, a doctoral student in linguistics at N.C. State, made these excellent maps of regional dialect. The data is based on results of The Cambridge Online Survey of World Englishes of around 11,500 people.
